• Attempt to impersonate the real individuals represented by AI characters
• Use the Service to spread misinformation or false statements attributed to real individuals

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All responses from AI characters are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and educational purposes only. These responses do not represent the actual views, opinions, or statements of the real individuals they are based on. Users should not rely on AI-generated content as factual statements from these individuals.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Opine does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Opine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
